Am I having a miscarriage ?

I had my normal period on June 2-5 nothing out of the ordinary just a moderate period like usual. On June 17 I started getting pain in my lower abdomen the pain felt like a cramp that would not go away. From the time I woke up till I went to sleep I felt that pain. Then on June 22 I started bleeding so I assumed I got my period early but now I’m on day 4 of bleeding and it’s been super heavy and I’ve been having blood clots come out. It didn’t hit me until today that It could possibly be a miscarriage 🥺🤧 please let me know if you’ve had a similar experience and if it sounds like it could be a miscarriage!
