Did I Miscarry?

About a week ago I took a test cake back negative but had sore boobs for weeks and was up all night couldn’t sleep sometimes felt nauseous didn’t think anything of it and today this happen... afterwards I stopped bleeding up till about a hour ago it started up again I’ve been cramping and my boobs no longer hurt and I just feel empty... pretty sure I miscarried 🥺 sorry for the very nasty picture
