Pain on the left side of my vagina?

Hi ladies. This morning I felt some pain on the front left side of my vagina (basically my pubic area, I don’t specifically know what that area is called). It feels more like external pain sort of, more likely my bone. It doesn’t hurt when I touch/press on it or when I pee, but if I stand, walk, or sit I can feel it hurting a bit. It’s definitely not a cramp, it kind of feels like sore-ish pain if I were to describe it. I haven’t had sex in several weeks so it can’t be that. I just happened to feel it this morning and dont know what caused it all of a sudden.
