Pain down there....

So for the past couple months I’ve been having some pain down there and I’ve debated posting about it but I just end up ignoring it but I am kinda curious is anyone else deals with this or if anyone is able to tell me what they think it could be. I tried googling my symptoms and of course it said cancer so that made me not want to post on here about it for a few hours lmao

So basically the issue is that inside my body like where my clit is but on the inside it hurts like a sharp pain like it’s being stabbed with a needle. And no I’m not getting this mistaken by my bladder or something like that... I know what I’m feeling

On top of that I am also having issues with laying down because if I lay down on my left side it feels like something in my bladder or somewhere in that region is going to burst even though my bladder isn’t full

Like I’ll go pee and then I’ll lay in bed on my left side and it feels like my bladder (or something in that region) is going to pop or explode
