Pain in ribcage right under left breast?

Hi there! I woke up with a pain in my ribcage right below my left breast, what could this be? I’m panicking hoping it’s not covid!!! Any ideas as to what it could be would be great!!

A hernia? Muscle strain, we all freak and think it’s the virus lol. Relax. Try a topical cream like blue emu or something for pain if that doesn’t help then take some Tylenol or Advil. And if it keeps up then go get checked out.

Most likely a bit of cramp or a pulled muscle in the muscles between your ribs. It usually goes away on it’s own pretty quickly.
