Anyone have reverse weight loss tips?
👋👋 I will do this anonymously, easier.
I have always been a small girl (120lbs and less). I'm hoping to go up to 150 at least, so id have "bulked up" and then I can hopefully gain a better figure by working with that.
So, what made you gain weight? (Purposely or not) I've never loved foods, maybe someone can introduce me to something I'd like!
I'm trying to up my calories, since I understand how it works but I don't know what foods to include to make this happen! 👏💪
