I’m on my day of OMAD

Hoping this will be my lifestyle

As you know Stress is the door to up and down emotions

Well I’m one of them women who snack and eat unknowing that I’m really eating more then I should cause I’m sad or feeling down

So I made a change 3 days ago to start only eating one meal a day while fasting for 22-23 hrs a day

My goal weight is 100 pounds

I and 5’0 120 would be nice but I was there before in was still not fully happy with my body

So this time I’m grabbing life by the balls and turn my body into a work of art 🖼 💕

Weigh now 160

Goal 115-100
