How long did you wait after c section to have another baby?

For the mamas that conceived between 6 month to a year after having a baby did you have any complications? Scar pain, low birth weight, pre term labor?

I'm pregnant now 17m PP and I do feel some stinging here and there or itchiness but I'm only 8w let's see how I feel as I get bigger

I fell pregnant 8 months pp and was encouraged by all medical staff to try for a VBAC. I had to be induced again and again babys heart dropped so I needed to have another section.
Im currently 20 weeks pregnant and fell pregnant 4 months pp.
In the space of 2.5years I'll have 3 sections. I thought medical staff would be worried but so far theres been no concerns. Ive had no pain and complications  so far.

10 months, but for other health reasons (with my husband) other than my c-section. We would have started trying at 8 months. I didn't get pregnant until 14 months pp anyway.

My doc said to wait at least 6 months. I got pregnant 7 months after. Planning for vbac next month. Haven’t had any issues so far

One of my good friends got pregnant right away after she had twins. And she had a C section again. Her son was born healthy and big. Now they are all doing fine. For me personally, I prefer to wait for one year so I could focus on raise my baby for a while and let my body heal 100% before I bring a new member into our family.

Both women I knew that got pregnant before the year mark had to have a repeat csection that was scheduled 2 or 3 weeks before their due date. Neither had any complications though.
