High prolactin

I was told I had high prolactin levels by my doctor about 3 years ago. Well she never offered me much information about it or even informed me of any medications for it. I found out recently I was pregnant, my research has informed me that high prolactin can cause a miscarriage. I told my OB about it and they said there’s nothing they can do for it because I should have been taking the medication before I got pregnant and it’s not safe to take while pregnant. Does anyone have any idea of the likelihood that I’ll miscarry this baby? My first appointment isn’t for another 2 weeks.
