Sorry if TMI, need some wisdom about vulvar varicosities!

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I'm 31 wks pregnant, and have the most dreadful vulvar varicosities. I had them with my 2nd, but these are much MUCH worse. They are huge and I feel so upset when I have to get undressed as they're just so HIDEOUS and painful.

I am really scared they will affect my mode of delivery and that I might be left with these permanently. Does anyone have any experience? Do very severe varicosities go away after birth? Has anyone needed surgery to correct things? Anyone been offered a csection to avoid haemorrhaging?
