Boring husband? Help please!!

My husband has become so boring! Omg! Especially since we had our daughter a few years ago, he barely even speaks to me!

He just does his own thing sits on his phone,read books and chats with his buddies.

He makes no attempt to converse with me about ANYTHING and if I swear whilst we do have a conversation he goes into shut down mode and refuses to even talk to me.

We have no sex which drives me insane as I am a sexual person we have sex a couple times a month at Most. It’s driving me crazy to the point where I am thinking about other men or what it would be like to be with someone else. I have even resorted to porn.

I don’t know what to do any advice? 😭
