He has a UTI.. what happens if we have sex?

So I’m talking to someone new we made plans for the 4th we’re getting a room. He has a UTI, I’ve never had sex with someone who has a UTI... will he give it to me if we have sex? I’m super prone to UTIs 😭
He doesn’t want to wear a condom
Okay so I was googling symptoms of STDs in men and from what he’s been telling me it sounds like he might have chlamydia .. either that or a UTI. I really like this guy and I don’t want to upset him but now I’m honestly scared to have sex with him .. I don’t want to push him away though what do I do

UTIs are incredibly uncommon in men under age 50. Like on the order of 5 UTIs per year per 10,000 men. I would be more concerned that his UTI is actually an STD. Just something to think about.
