Bv or something else?

I have been with my fiancé for 7.5 years and the past 2 years (seems to be since I had a baby) he has told me my vagina has a strong smell. I have never had a problem in the past and have been tested for sti’s and bv etc twice in that time and it all comes back clear. I use a ph balance soap and I could have just had a shower before sex and he still says he can smell it. I am currently 14 weeks pregnant now so don’t know what I can do/take. I seriously think something is wrong down there but why aren’t they able to detect anything!? I don’t even like having sex often because I’m so self conscious of it. Can there be a chance I have bv without it being picked up? I don’t have any discharge or other symptoms
