Help! I get a UTI Everytime after sex

I’m asking for any more advice for preventing UTIs after sex. I always shower before and after sex, I pee right after doing the deed, wiping in the correct direction and I make sure my fiancé always is clean hands and all, and we even use lube. but every time we have sex, I end up with a uti. I so tired of taking trips to the urgent care for antibiotics multiple times a month! Anyone else have this problem? (I’m 19, and female)
