Lightheaded late in day (6 months PP)
Hi everyone! I’m 6 months postpartum, breastfeeding, and lately have been feeling a bit lightheaded with very brief periods of dizziness, really only in the late afternoons and evening. I know a big postpartum hormonal shift is supposed to occur again around 6 months postpartum. Did anyone else experience this lightheadedness? I’m wondering if it’s normal pp stuff or if it’s something else. It feels like so long since I knew what felt normal in my body!
