Pregnant 3 months after Csection????

I’m not convinced I’m pregnant yet (faint positive on blue dye), but I’m terrified. My first pregnancy was ROUGH. I suffered from preeclampsia from about 28 weeks on, ending with an emergency csection. I want another baby, and was okay with being pregnant this early until now that I think it might actually be happening. But now I’m wondering how I could handle another pregnancy like that taking care of a baby. Or take care of two babies right after c section.

That looks pretty negative to me. I’d go buy a first response pink dye test. Blue tests are known for the ink spreading and being harder to read. 
I’m going to be honest...if you had a c section, doctors do not usually recommend another pregnancy for at least 12-18 months after. Your body needs a lot of time to recover from a c section. It’s a major surgery. Even though the outside of your incision is healed by six weeks (typically), the inside of it doesn’t heal until about six months postpartum. And your uterus doesn’t heal fully until 12-18 months later. There is risk with another pregnancy this early on, including your uterine wall rupturing. People do it, it happens, but they’re usually monitored closely because of the risks involved. 
Also, have you had your period yet? I’m also 3 months postpartum (had a c section as well) and I have yet to see any sign of my period. Which means I’m likely not even ovulating in a timely manner yet, if at all. I’m sure it’s possible, but you’re much less likely to get pregnant unless you’ve had your period and have been ovulating again.

If you are pregnant, looking after the kids will be fine. Remember newborns sleep alot so you'll have plenty of time to spend with your toddler and find a natural flow that works for you all.
I do think the hardest part is being pregnant with a young child as you're tired and in your case, most likely to have a few complications.
However most lil ones dont start walking until 12 months so at least you dont have to worry about trying to chase a cheeky toddler around a carpark etc lol. If your baby does start walking early it'll take a few months to build up speed and endurance so you should be able to manage.
My daughter was 17 months when my son was born. Being close in age has been so handy as there's no jealousy or fighting. They're happy to read the same books, toys, nursery rhymes and tv shows.
Im 21 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child and my daughter is now 2, my son 8 months. Its much easier looking after my 8 month old son as hes only crawling. But my 2 yr old daughter runs and climbs everything everywhere. Its harder to chase her the further along I get pregnant wise.
Fingers crossed the pregnancy goes well. Please dont stress about managing with 2 young kids under 2 as it is easier than you think. Goodluck
