First steps to weight lost journey
Hello, so I am 21 years old and I do not like my body. My stomach is big and look bloated most of the time and my chest is huge. I feel like at this point of my life my weight is affecting how I perceive my self and is taking a toll on my self confidence. I no longer want to feel this way about myself and body. I just want to know what we’re you guys first steps in your weight lost journey? Could you guys give me tips and advice ?
