Miscarriage...?

Around this time last year I had a miscarriage

Today I began my period but it was heavier than it’s ever been and I found this in my underwear after deciding to just wear a pad.

Is this a miscarriage or am I just psyching myself out because it’s almost a year since...

I didn’t take a test as the bleeding started a week before my anticipated period so i wouldn’t have known I was pregnant...

I really feel lost right now any thoughts would be great!!!
