Diarrhea and missing work?
I really need to go to work due to various reasons and I don't get paid leave but this morning I had terrible diarrhea and called in to my work to let them know I will be about 30 minutes late.
Then she just told me to stay home and come when I am better. I don't consider myself sick. Do you really need to stay home when you have diarrhea?
