Hearing voices

Okay so recently I have started hearing voices that I can’t make out what they’re saying. Some sound like my abusive ex and some don’t but it’s frustrating as I don’t know what they’re saying!!!!!

He was threatening me earlier over the phone and I thought he was outside when my dad went out to his car and thought he had punched my dad and my dad had banged on the door however my mom opened the door and my dad and his friend were just talking and it wasn’t my ex.

Then I was upstairs and heard voices outside the back garden that sounded like him and no one was there.

These were today but there have been other times when I’ve heard my 8 month son crying when he was fast asleep and wasn’t crying and a few other incidents.

I’m scared to talk to someone about this because they’ll probably think it’s not normal and that I’ll harm my child but I won’t ever ever harm my child and my only life goal is to make sure I raise a happy healthy child! I dont want them to take him away because of this. He is my world.

*my ex is not allowed to see our son due to needing a risk assessment as he is abusive and toxic but has not been answering the phone so I’m not sure what’s happening with the assessment yet*
