Ladies how do you not give up? I want a child so bad and after months of trying can’t seem to make that happen😩

My husband and I want to bless our house with a baby and I can’t seem for the life of me to make that happen ! We’ve been trying for almost 3 years and yet no baby and I just want to give up! We have used OPKs, vitamins and nothing seems to be working ! What am I doing wrong ?

You need to see an RE at this point. And prepare for them to send you straight to IVF. When I finally got help it had been about three years. My doc ran all the tests and couldn’t find anything specifically wrong so the diagnosis was “unexplained.” But he said with three years of active trying it was 2% that I would conceive naturally. The odds of IUI were only about 8% per cycle for my age and IVF was about 60% with a double embryo transfer. We went IVF. I had one baby from that double embryo transfer and froze two. Currently pregnant w my second baby, which was one of the frozen embryos! 
In between pregnancy’s we had unprotected sex for almost three years. Again, never so much as late for my period. 
Get help! Get a plan. Take control!!! That’s how you will make it. And where there is a will there is a way! There are fertility grants if you don’t have insurance. You can save in a HSA (we did this!) there are lots of ways to go about funding this. It’s expensive, but do not just write it off as unattainable.
