Meal prep

I started eating healthy almost two months ago and Im getting real tired of cooking every day. I decided I'm going to try to meal prep. Only for a few days at a time because I think cooking 3 meals for 7 days, in one day, is waaaay too much.

For now at least I'm not busy, I have plenty of time to cook so I'm hoping this meal prep thing will work out for me.

Anyone have any helpful tips?
