I've been freaking out and crying. please dont judge.

I'm 17 years old and a long time I got pinworms. I have no idea how or why. but they got treated and then things were okay. just recently I got a UTI and now my butt and vagina itch. and got nervous that I got them again. needless to say I'm pretty sure I have them and I've been freaking out and crying because my mother wont let me call the doctor and I dont know what to do I feel absolutely disgusting and I just need advice or anything.

update- I promise I am a very clean person and I shower every day or every other day and i wash my bed sheets regularly all of that😔
