I want to move out but my bf of 6yrs doesn't want to. He prefer to build but we never once lived together. Is it pointless?

What are his reasonings? He wants to build what? More money? Genuinely wondering lol I can understand if he’s like to be more stable, but once you live with someone honestly a lot changes! You learn a lot about them and the small things that you’ll love, but also things you’ll hate lol. After 6 years though, it’s time... no more waiting around, do what you need to do for yourself and he can join or not!
