I smoked cigarettes since I was 12 years old. I wanted to finally quit and a couple friends of mine use the Juul. I’ve been off of cigarettes since February 2019 and I feel a million times better. I honestly cannot even stand the smell of cigarettes anymore. People will say all day long that vaping is either just as bad or worse than cigarettes but I’ve been vaping for a year and I’ve been perfectly fine, if not better off of cigarettes.
