Miscarriage Fetus????

What is this i would be 6 weeks and 6 days today but I think I miscarried cuz now

I have a negative test I think I had a chemical pregnancy I’ve bled about 5 times already through this pregnancy which today I accepted I think I’ve lost my child and I’m not able to go see a doctor or OBGYN. Does this look like a fetus or part of a fetus? I peed and it came out of me as well as some flaky white and also red stuff
