Bed bugs

Y’all I’m so disgusted. I just woke up and seen a bed bug crawling on my head board idk what to do. I’ve never had them before and I’m freaking out. I just moved in my apartment about 3 months ago and I’m a pretty clean girl. Am I suppose to call the front desk? Am I suppose to call the exterminator? PLEASE HELP ME! I have a newborn and I don’t want her to get bit😭 I’m literally crying right now because I have carpet and I’m sure they stay in it! *please don’t judge me* I honestly don’t know what to do
