I was induced on 6/12/20 at 6 am

I was induced on 6/12/20 at 6 am. Labored at the hospital for about 12 hours by bouncing, walking, etc with no pain meds. Around 7:30 PM on 6/12 i decided to get my epidural so I can get my waters broken to see if it would speed things up. I was only at a 2-3 cm. WRONG. It didn’t speed anything up😩 I labored in bed for the remaining time. My epidural was amazing but it made me itch like crazy! I ended up having to receive Benadryl along with another anti itch medication since the Benadryl did not work. Finally at around 6:45-7 am on 6/13 I was at a 10! I spent about 50 minutes pushing in between contractions. At 8 AM I welcomed my baby boy into the world. (Second baby)💙 I hemorrhaged after delivery but they were able to get it under control. 2 weeks after delivery I hemorrhaged at home which resulted me having to go into the ER due to significant blood loss. They found out I had retained placenta. 5 weeks & 6 days PP I had a D&C to remove the retained placenta. All is finally well🙌🏻
