Second trimester scan

So I had my second trimester scan. It confirmed I’m having a girl. But the dr and tech said they cant find her nasal bone. I have another scan I two weeks to see if they can get better pics because they said they were having a hard time. She is trying to get me to do a amniocentesis which I refused because of the risks. She stated the lack of nasal bone is a soft marker for Down syndrome. But we had the nipt and another genetic test that stated we are at very low risk for Down syndrome. Has the happened to anyone and the amnio came back negative for Down syndrome or has this happened in a previous pregnancy and you’re baby was perfectly fine? It doesn’t change anything. I told her I don’t want to discuss “options” because this is our little girl regardless. Thanks.
