28 weeks & baby measuring big - anyone else?

I went in today for my regular 4 week ultrasound with my high risk doctor (bc I take BP meds) and my baby was measuring 3lbs 4 oz.  Which I guess is in the 91 percentile for 28 weeks gestation.  Which is large lol.  The worry about my BP was having a small baby but clearly that isn't the case.  Has anyone else been measuring large?  Can this be a normal thing? My last scan was at 24 weeks (just 4 weeks ago) & she was 1lb 8oz which I believe was on track.

At 24 weeks only her belly measured big and they told me I would likely fail my glucose test. Was at ob last week and my fundal measurement was avg and I passed my glucose test without issue. So...🤷🏼‍♀️ 
US measurements for weight can be off by more than a pound at the end of your pregnancy so now I would guess they could be similarly off...

I’m 29 weeks & my baby is measuring at 4 pounds . I failed the 1 hour GD test but passed the 3 hour one . My doctors say I still have have some issues with my blood sugar since the baby is measuring so big . I will have to prick my fingers & monitor my sugar after I eat now 😫 Super stressful situation but I’m praying for the best . I’ll keep you posted on my progress , please keep me posted on yours ❤️

Also measuring big! Went in for my 28 week appointment, measuring 29+5 and he was 3 lb 2 oz. Did you pass your glucose tests?? I failed the one hour and am taking the 3hr on Wednesday. That also affects baby size..big or small.

At my 28 week scan, baby boy was measuring 3lb 10oz 🙈🙈🙈 My doctor seemed surprised that I passed my glucose test lol!

Went to my appt last week at 29 + 4 weeks. Dr said baby was measuring 1-2 weeks ahead and so she scheduled me an ultrasound to make sure everything is okay. Passed my glucose test, no anemia. Just waiting to find out now I’m a couple weeks if I’m having a bigger than average baby or something else?? Dr didn’t seem that concerned though. 🤷🏻‍♀️
