Feeling horrible 😭

This morning my 8 month old was sitting on the floor playing with the buttons on the stereo. He spit up and I turned around for 5 seconds to grab a cloth to wipe it up and he fell forward and smacked his face on the entertainment center. He’s been sitting independently for 2 months, so I guess I just trusted that he would be fine sitting like that. I know stuff like this happens but I’m really beating myself up about it. I cried for much longer than he did. He’s had some little bumps before but this is the first time he’s ever drawn blood. Feeling like the worst mom ever today 😭
