Mommas should exclusively pump!
I have exclusively pumped almost the whole time I’ve had my daughter. At 7 months we moved back home after my husband got out the military after being home I lost supply and I’ve been so down and stopped pumping I pumped two nights ago and didn’t get much but my daughter is 9 months tomorrow and it hurts me to not be pumping. Is there a chance to get my supply back? And tips tips tips please!!
