Continued testing?

I got my first positive test last night, then again this morning. My appointment isn’t until September 8th. Do you all continue to test just to be positive in yourself??

I have been. My appointment is in a week. Found out a couple of weeks ago. I know they say to just stop once you have a positive but I just want to make sure. Especially when I found out so early on. I was only 3 weeks and 3 days

once i got my first positives, i didn’t test any further! it’s important to relax and not stress yourself too much :)

No you’ll just drive yourself crazy! Once there’s a line even if you lost it there would still be a line so it doesn’t tell you anything to keep testing. Good luck at your appointment!

I did to make sure my tests got darker. With my first baby they got decently darker every day. A cpl weeks ago I had a faint positive at 12 dpo that didn’t seem to darken very quickly and that ended in a miscarriage at 5+3. However, I wouldn’t continue to test like crazy again. It caused me so much unnecessary stress and anxiety. If anything, maybe repeat it a week later, but otherwise I wouldn’t re-test.

Yes I kept testing- until 6 wks. it made me feel better. With my chemical the lines weren’t getting darker so it was reassuring when they did get darker (slowly though)
