Vertigo??

Did anyone have vertigo very early on?

If I’m correct I should be 3w6d. The last 2-3 days I’ve had like major dizzy spells, along with while I’m driving I get like dizzy and carsick! My last pregnancy I didn’t experience this so it’s new to me. Just got a faint bfp yesterday. Thanks!!
