Could I test positive?

Hey guys! 
I recently ovulated between 8/8-8/10 according to ovulation calendars. & i did have unprotected sex on 8/9. I am VERY aware it is WAYYYY too soon for me to know if I am for sure pregnant or not. I took a Take Action pill (an off brand Plan B) yesterday 8/11 around 1. My concern is that the Emergency Contraceptive will not work because I already ovulated. 
Does anyone know if this is true ? Could I possibly test positive ?

Plan B works in three ways: 
“ •Temporarily stopping the release of an egg from the ovary (ovulation)
•Preventing fertilization
•Preventing a fertilized egg from attaching to the uterus by changing the uterine lining” (quoted from the Plan B website)
So yes, it does work to prevent pregnancy even if you’ve ovulated.

You have to wait 2 weeks to test. When is your period due??

Ovulation calendars aren’t the most reliable, the only way you can accurately know is using LH tests. I wouldn’t stress too much, my ovulation dates on the calendar almost never match up.
