PPA help
4 months PP and my anxiety is out of control. After my first my doctor prescribed me anxiety meds which didn’t work and made me gain a lot of weight. I’m going to call her next week to discuss my options. I really don’t want to try another medication but I’m wondering what other options she’ll offer me?? I can’t afford therapy. I feel like my only option is medication and I’m nervous to take a new medication especially while breastfeeding.
