Cramping & back pressure
Today is my due date, I’ve been having bad cramping for the past few days along with lots of pressure on my back. Mucus plug has been coming since last Sunday with some blood. Thursday afternoon I was sent back home from the hospital 3 cm dilated, 60% effaced & nurse said she was able to feel his head. What can I do to get everything moving?? FTM
