Started my flock a week ago and...

My German shepherd ate my favorite polish chicken. She was the sweetest she loved to be held by us including my 1 yr old. I was devastated when I caught her killing her 😭. I introduced my dogs to the chickens & after a full week i let them roam outside in a metal cage up on a slope but my polish was a baby so she escaped the cage & my German shepherd bit down on her head making her eyeballs pop out 😭😭😭

I keep thinking back to the incident & I keep hoping she didn't suffer.

She still wants to attack my other chickens so we don't know what to do about her getting used to the chickens..... sucks😞
