So im 13 almost 14 and ive been masturbating for about a year now. I have EXTREMELY strict parents. Anyways is it weird that I use a back massager (as a vibrator) and a bubble wand (the tube itself as a dildo) to masturbate? I cant buy actual sex toys or anything.

That's normal if u don't have access to toys and stuff but it's probably better to be safe with something that's meant for that kinda of thing
I'm only 15 and my mom is very open about that kind of stuff but it's still awkward to talk to her about so what I would do is get and Amazon or visa gift card and get urself one     if u have no location to order it to, u can ask a neighbor if u can use their address for a present for ur parents  ( that u don't want them to know about)      
(I just ordered stuff to my dad's house sense he doesn't care if I get packages and he won't open them)
Then have a clean hiding place ready with a bag or something to put them in so they stay clean
