I can’t lose another baby 😔

Last night I had some light cramping and when I wiped had very little light pink mixed with white discharge (tmi sorry) it was only when I wiped but I started having anxiety because I just had a miscarriage June 2020, went to the ER this morning because I had pain on my left side and a pain in my shoulder, They did ultrasound but nothing was wrong with my left side but PA said she felt like the baby was growing in my right tube and it was only a small fluid sac in my uterus I started crying they sent me downstairs to radiology after waiting what seemed like forever the PA told me I had conflicting ultrasounds and that the radiology tech measured the sac in my uterus at 4w 6 days (no sign of baby) and that I had a cyst on my ovaries but the doctor felt it was too early to tell and I have to go back on Wednesday for more blood work and ultrasound, I’m very scared are there any success stories similar to mine?? Please help btw shoulder pain now gone idk if it was stress but I’m trying to remain calm
