Cramping

Is there a point where I should be concerned about my cramping? I am 11 weeks and the cramping is just ongoing. Every single day I have it. Some are worse than others. I have never had bleeding or spotting with cramps. I have have had many m/c in the past and it's just nerve racking to me. I'm not sure if I need to be concerned or not. Everything looked good at 8 weeks. Hb was strong at 174. I go to doctor again next week.
