Would you use a business who’s owner / staff are extremely rude, but their product / service is great?

So if you needed something from said business, and their product or service they’re offering is really high quality, but the customer service is terrible or are extremely rude, would you still use them?

No. 
Money talks. I wouldn’t hand over my hard earned cash to a business who doesn’t care about who is buying their product. 
If i’m buying something that costs a significant amount, customer service and aftersales is very important to me. I have turned down many products due to how I was spoken to by a sales rep or a member of their team. 
It is also the same with people who are pushy and overbearing, regardless of their attitude. I can’t take when people breathe down your neck, or try to force you to purchase extras, or a different model/product than what you intended.

It depends how fast I need the product or service, how far I have to go to get it elsewhere, and prices compared to their competitors. I’m perfectly capable of being rude right back so I’m not worried. 💁🏻‍♀️

This never made sense to me when i was taught in Cosmetology school becausenit felt like thwy didnt care as kuch about skill as customer service, but as i got older i 100 percent get it and it has rang true in my career. 
You are more likely to retain clients who like YOU as a person even if you arent perfect at doing hair.

Depends on price and what the product does for me. If I need it to help me then maybe yes.... like acne healing, weightloss, or overall health of the body. But, if its just because i like smell, taste, or something provably not. I put my needs first over theirstank attitudes!

I really really want to say no, but I can’t.  I used to live near that cafe that had amazing food. Like stupidly good, all made in house, fresh squeezed juices, French toast with strawberries and rosemary. Fucking amazing. The staff was the absolute worst though. They acted like having paying (and tipping) customers was an annoyance. I’d still go in a couple times a year because it was so damn good. I probably would have gone more though if it hadn’t been asshole central.

There's a smoothie/fitness shop in my city.. I love their smoothies but their customer service is atrocious! They just act like they don't care. No small talk at all. Nothing warm about the interaction. No interest in what you are ordering. Always seeming like they are in a rush or have something better to do even when no one else is there. I get it, working a register and making smoothies isn't fabulous but jeez. I quit going there and now make my own because I always felt stupid when ordering lol.
