Why am I so scared of a missed miscarriage ?!

I had 2 early miscarriages that I passed naturally I may have been 6 weeks or less on both. I’m currently 11 weeks and I feel fine. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I won’t get another scan from my doc til 20 weeks but I went in on 8/5/20 and baby is fine. What’s wrong with me ? Why am I thinking “what if” ? I hate this . I got the fetal Doppler ... I couldn’t hear anything * I hope everything is going ok in there ! 🙏🏽

I read that the at home Doppler doesn't usually pick up a solid heartbeat until into your third trimester! So I wouldn't rely on that. I'm 12w and my symptoms stopped at 10w, I feel good and nothing weird has happened but I have the same concerns! I am ANXIOUS for my next appointment! To deal with it, in the back of my mind of course I'm prepared for the worst but all you can do (and what's best for baby) is just to be positive! I found that talking to my little nugget helps me relax a bit 😊

I've had two missed miscarriages, and one that passed on it's own - so I can definitely relate to "OMG WHAT IF?" thoughts..
All my mcs were around week 5-7 - I'm 10+3 today, and my symptoms today feel so much lighter than even yesterday evening, and I'm just laying in my bed trying not to freak out..
I know it's hard, but all you can really do is try to remain positive, relax and avoid overthinking it - Don't let all the what if's swallow you, as the deeper you go the harder it is to stop..
My new mantra is telling my little bean that they're ok 😅

I had the same experience. Use the Doppler when you have to pee. Your bladder will push your uterus up higher. Use quit a bit of ultrasound gel or aloe Vera works for a cheaper alternative. Go slow and walk the probe around and you will pick it up! I was the same way! Don’t worry mama!

I felt that way my entire pregnancy and even for awhile after birth after two miscarriages. I think it’s just normal unfortunately!
