Has anyone gotten pregnant from this?

I recently stopped the depo and I went on the pills. My boyfriend and I have always had unprotected sex and he always finishes in me (tmi Ik.) My doctor put me on the Aubra pill, has anybody gotten pregnant from the pill?

No birth control is 100% effective so if you are having unprotected sex it is possibly although highly unlikely. Plenty of women have gotten pregnant using every form of BC out there. Make sure you take it at the same time every day so it’s as effective as possible but if you’re worried, use a condom too. And make sure you use a condom for however long as instructed after switching because it will take time before it is as effective as it should be. When I switched from an IUD to the pill I had to use backup contraception for 7 days but it could be different for you. Consult your doctor if you aren’t sure.
