On the pill (missed one this month) a week late

Hey ladies I’m 90% this test is negative, but I’m a week late and never even spotted (not the norm) this was taken at 5 days late fmu. I’m taking Noretgindrone Acetate & ethinyl estradiol tablets. I didn’t start the next set of pills since aunt flow never showed.

Edit: took another test 3 days later and is definitely negative. Very confused about aunt flow never showing. I’ve always been very timely on my cycles.

Update: Aunt flow came on time this month....
