New fertility dr

Went to a new fertility dr today to get a second opinion! She said the last dr did everything right but she said she would’ve recommended a few thing before trying IUI or Ivf. We’re doing a post coital test this Friday. And then We’re doing a laparoscopy procedure to see if I may have endometriosis. Trying to stay positive this time around! Infertility sucks, especially when you’re told it’s unexplained, I just would like to know the reason is all! So hopefully I get more answers this time!
