When are you in the clear?

So... this is my 4th pregnancy, all prior have ended in a very early miscarriage before I even made it to my first OB. Hcg levels never made it past 600’s. Hcg is at 2,555 and my first ultrasound is 9/28. When are you in the clear for miscarriages? I am so nervous

You can have a miscarriage at any point but the risk goes down at 12 weeks.

Once you have an ultrasound and see the heartbeat the chance of miscarriage is only 3%

How are your progesterone levels? Thats just as important as hcg. You are never in the clear, but i felt better when I reached 7 weeks and then even better at 12. I had 3 miscarriages at 5/6 weeks.

You’re never “in the clear” per se, as there’s always a risk, but it goes down significantly the further along you are.
