Is this normal?

So I had really bad hip and lower back pains and the doctors said it was a uti I took the medicine and then the pain wasn’t as bad then after a few days it went away. I had some bleeding with this so called uti. But when the uti was gone I started my period.

But my period has ended and I’m still bleeding just not as bad and it’s light pink. My friends told me to take a pregnancy test I took one about a week ago and it said negative. But idk what it wrong and I am constantly hungry which isn’t normal for me at all! I need opinions please?
