Does your son do this??

My 5 year old son is constantly grabbing and pulling on his private area when he is wearing his clothes or even when he is wearing just his underwear. He is now complaining that it is hurting when he pees. I know he does not have a kidney infection because he drinks a lot of water. Could it be from him grabbing it a lot during the day? I know no one here is a doctor ill be making him an appointment tomorrow when the office is open. I am just wondering if anyone elses son does this??
