How many times a day are you supposed to give a 15 month old milk?

So I know your supposed to stop formula at one year and start giving them milk in sippy cups, but how many times a day? I used to give my lo formula every 3 hours, but now that she’s over a year I’ve been giving her milk in a sippy cup. Do I still give her milk every three hours or just with every meal, 3 times a day?

My daughter gets zero milk. She drinks about 20-24 oz of water a day. She’s 17 months old. Formula used to be your baby’s food source. Milk is just more of a snack or beverage. But it’s also not necessary.

Usually for breakfast and dinner & water the rest of the day.  He's 22 months old now & will sometimes ask for milk when he has water & we'll give it to him then.

I never did. She hates it and she is fat and fabulous and missing nothing. It's not a requirement. We are the only species that drink milk from another species. I just avoided it. Also I hate milk too

Your supposed to limit their milk intake if it's no longer with formula, for example with cows milk it should be less than 16 ounces a day or so, they can become anemic if too much milk.

Just with meals, water the rest of the day. Although if our daughter is low on milk for the day or if she's eating something like peanut butter balls for snack ill give her milk during snacks too. As long as they're gettibg 10-20oz a day youre good.
